DemandBolt stores account details, organization and project configuration, evidence records you create, workflow activity, connector metadata, and billing status needed to operate the service.
How we use it
We use data to provide, secure, support, and improve DemandBolt. We do not sell personal information. External providers receive data only when you authorize a relevant connector or action.
Retention and control
Workspace owners can request export or deletion. Security and billing records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate audit purposes.
